On April 2, I bought a computer joystick from Paul. I sent him $50 via PayPal (to another PP user\\\'s account, but I didn\\\'t really think anything of it). There was a long process whereby I found out, week by week, that he had not yet sent the joystick. The one good thing Paul did was refund all my money- half around the end of April, and the other half after I wanted to know why the tracking number I\\\'d been sent for the joystick (following my opening of a PayPal claim), five days after I had been told it was shipped, still had the status of \\\"Received package information\\\". The package linked to that tracking number, to this day, has not yet shipped. I don\\\'t know whose decision it was to refund my money, but that is just about the only good thing I can say about this whole process. If you ever consider dealing with Paul (though I doubt he\'d use this Heatware username), wait until you receive your order before sending payment.

I would not buy from Paul again.
If he ever does use this account for another transaction, be extremely wary.May 22, 2007
